Welcome back to the Meet Me on Your Mat Podcast! This week we are diving into the art of mindfulness, specifically when it comes to your morning wake-up routine.   • When you begin to notice how you wake-up, you're probably going to want to give it a makeover. (I was horrified when I discovered the way I started each day.)
  • Music is one of the best tools you have to influence your emotions, so use it whenever you can. 
  • You have to find what works for YOU. Not the yogi meditating on the mountaintop. Not the person that wakes up and does 10 backbends. YOU. So, try out some of these tools and then keep the ones that work and ditch the ones that work.
