In this episode we are chatting with my friend, yoga instructor, and endurance athlete coach, Frank King, out of Brooklyn, New York.

Frank teaches yoga out of the studio, YO-BK, teaching group classes, workshops, and has developed a unique runner’s club that opens up once or twice a year that brings running and yoga together – the perfect blend of endurance, strength, and flexibility.

He also has worked closely with Jeanne Heaton from One Posture at a Time, assisting her in bringing yoga to those in recovery.
