It really is that simple. That's what Melanie shares with us this week on the podcast. Her career involves leading a large international team and as the landscape evolves, she's constantly reminding others this one lesson she's learned from her eleven-year yoga practice.
She tells us the biggest lessons from her time on her mat are: just breath and things change. And, sometimes a headstand in the middle of the day, is the best medicine.
