Join me on Saturday, July 23rd, 2022 for this live and in-person event! 

Come join me at the Clarus Center in Warrenville, IL and practice with this amazing community of yogis while gazing out on McDowell Grove Forest Preserve.

Class begins a 9am CST and lasts for 60-minutes. Expect a super fun sequence and a playlist that will keep you moving.

After class there will be a 30-minute workshop session where you can ask questions about any posture you're working on and receive corrections, hands-on adjustments, and group feedback. 

The room is lightly heated to 85-degrees. Know that with this sequence and type of yoga that is more than enough.

What to bring:

• Your own rubber yoga mat. If you like to place a towel over it, please bring that as well. 
• 1 block and 1 strap. 
• Your sense of fun and adventure. This class is kind of like the best yoga party ever. 

The facilities do NOT include showers, so if needed, bring a change of clothes.
